• Latest payslip.
• Latest 3 months’ bank statements showing income as reflected on payslip.

Remember: We create a debit order to automatically deduct your monthly instalment from the bank account that is on your payslip.

Yes, we do!

It takes between 2-7 business days (that means no Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays) and we only deliver in Gauteng and Mpumalanga for now.

If you buy CASH, your delivery will cost you only R250. If you buy on CREDIT we work it out as a percentage. But our Salesperson will explain it all to you.

All our products carry a guarantee, and we also can offer an extended guarantee on most of our electronic appliances.

Sure! If you’re buying in-store, just let our team know, or if you’re shopping online, select Collect as a delivery option. Unfortunately, we can’t be held liable for any damaged while you are transporting the item yourself.

Yes, we do!

All you need is to visit your nearest branch with the following:

  • Your green SA ID book or ID card
  • 10% Deposit

There is no minimum payment and payment will be complete over 12 months.

  • To cancel your layby, we’ll need your green SA ID book or ID card for identification reasons. You will be charged 10% of the amount already paid, as an admin fee.
  • If the amount is under R1000, we can refund you the balance in cash and,
  • For amounts over R1000, we can do an EFT. Please bring a recent bank statement as proof of banking details. EFT’s can take up to 3 working days depending on your bank.

Visit your nearest store and we can check your current status, or we can assist you with a lay-by or cash purchase.

We want to help make your furniture dreams affordable no matter which country you’re from. We will need:

• Passport
• Valid working visa
• Bank statement
• Latest payslip
• In the case of no bank account we will need a confirmation letter from your employer

If you don’t receive a payslip, we can use an affidavit to that effect, and a confirmation letter from your employer.
