Astra Furnishers delivery policy
This delivery service is ONLY available in GAUTENG, LIMPOPO and MPUMALANGA. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 7 working days based on stock availability, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) on condition your order is placed and payment and confirmation of payment is received. Once payment confirmation has been received a friendly Astra sales consultant will be in touch to make the necessary delivery arrangements.
What will Delivery Cost?
R250 (Incl. VAT) per delivery for online CASH orders. For Delivery fees on CREDIT deals, please contact us. Bulk order delivery resulting in more than 1 truck load will result in additional delivery costs and will be quoted accordingly.
Delivery fee for credit sales will be discussed and quoted by one of our skilled sales advisors.
What are the delivery time frames?
We deliver from Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 17h00 to both business and residential addresses.
No deliveries will take place on a Saturday, Sunday or any other Public Holiday.
Our Astra Furnishers promise!
We promise to deliver your products in mint condition to your front door.
After we delivered to your door, you will be asked to sign the delivery note as proof that the items have been received in mint condition.
Then our friendly Astra delivery team will assist in carrying your beautiful new furniture into your house or business, unwrap the item if you wish and take care of the packaging.
Remember our team (though professionals), can unfortunately not be held responsible for any damages that might result when moving the items into your premises and this is at owners’ risk.
Incorrect items or quantity delivered
Should the wrong products or the incorrect number of products be delivered to you, you need to notify Astra Furnishers immediately so that we can rectify the situation.
